Gunnery Sergeant Harold James Cox, III, USMC (Ret.), 68
Gunnery Sergeant Harold James Cox, III, age 68, passed away surrounded by those who loved him. He was preceded in death by one of his sons, Randall. Harold is survived by his loving wife, Lisa Cox; his children, Christopher, Elise, Kyle, Kaleb, and Makayla; and many extended family members and friends who will miss him deeply.
A proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, Harold honorably served his country for 20 years, dedicating his life to duty, discipline, and the values of the Marine Corps. His service reflected his strength of character, loyalty, and unwavering commitment to others.
Beyond his military career, Harold deeply appreciated the simple joys of life. He found great happiness in hunting and cherished time spent outdoors. He especially loved riding his Harley with his wife, and looked forward to life everyday with his wife and family. Creating loving memories together. He embraced each day with gratitude, purpose and strength.
In leu of flowers Harold wanted any donations to go to either-Tunnel to Towers, Stop Solder Suicide, or MMIA
