Gloria “Glo” Hales

Angier – Gloria “Glo” Mitchell Hales, 70, passed away Sunday at her home. Born in Halifax County, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Mitchell and Violet Myrick Mitchell. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, February 8th at Harnett Devotional Gardens, Dunn. Due to a power outage as a result of inclement weather, Mrs. Hales Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 pm at our Angier location. Survivors include her sons, Willie Clyde Hales, Jr. and wife, Jaqlyn of Angier and Adam Hales and wife, Amanda, also of Angier; grandchildren, McKayla Johnson, Cody Hales and Landon Hales; nephews, Bill Fuller, Joe Fuller and Kenneth Fuller. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Willie “Bill” Hales; sister, Linda Hodges and her brother, Kenneth Hardee.
