George Steven "Steve" Brock

George Steven "Steve" Brock also known as Bo's, Bosie, and Minnow was called home to Heaven unexpectedly April 1, 2025. He was born May 1,1960 in Raleigh, North Carolina.

He is survived by his wife who loved him for thirty-five years, Sharon (Murphy), three children: Lee Deskins, Faith Deskins, and Steven Deskins, two sisters: Pam (Phill) Carter and Susan Hunt, brothers-in-law: Harold (Alice) Murphy, Terry (Lynn) Murphy and Tony Murphy, many nieces and nephews, grandchildren, cousins, and friends.

He is preceded in death by his mother Mary (Troy) Harrington, his father George Brock, and his oldest and only brother Roy Thomas "Tommy" Brock, sister-in-law Sue (Michael) Beavers, brother-in-law J.R. "Spot" Murphy.

Steve (Bo's) was Momma's wild child and very outspoken. He loved the outdoors, especially cutting grass and maintaining everyone's yards. He loved fishing and fishing trips with Little Gary. Steve loved everyone and everyone loved him. His heart was as big as his mouth. He was sensitive and kindhearted. He is truly going to be missed by his entire family and many friends.

To celebrate Steve's life, a visitation will be held on Sunday April 6th, 2025, from 2pm to 4pm, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 1200 Benson Rd. Garner, NC 27529.
