Floria Ann Creech

Floria Ann Puckett Creech passed away October 1, 2026. She was born on January 2, 1940 in Zebulon, NC. Floria graduated from Wakelon High School in 1959. She married Robert L. Creech in 1965 and lived on Creech Rd in Garner. She had 2 children, Lewis K. Creech, (deceased) and Robbie A. Creech. She has 1 grandchild, Damien I. Creech and 1 great grandbaby, Amara E. Creech.

Floria worked for 42 years on an assembly line making batteries. One of her major achievements was that she was a part of making the battery that was first to go to the moon. She received a certificate in honor of this. She was a hard worker, and she worked until her legs said that it was enough and had to retire.

She loved to cook and was excellent at it. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all who knew her. She was a giving person and would always go above and beyond in anything that she was apart of.

Floria had a tough life with many different health issues. But she still did what she could even in her hospital bed. If she could not physically, do it, she would pay you for it. Til the end, she wanted to always do her part in anything she was involved in.

Though we know that she is no longer in pain and suffering, we will truly miss her. But she is rejoicing being reunited with Lewis, and others who have left before her.

Mom, until I see you again, I miss you and I love you. Thank you for everything you have provided, taught, and shared. Thank you for being the best mother you could be. I could never ask to have had a more loving and devoted parent. You gave everything so that Lewis, Damien and I had the best. I know you are with God, and you are strolling through heaven in no pain and suffering. I look forward to the day; I am there to share the stroll with you. I love you mom.
