Faye Barbour Nance, 70, a native of Johnston Co., died Friday. Graveside Services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday at Wooten’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery, 9825 Sauls Road, Raleigh, NC, 27603. The family will receive friends 1 hour prior to the service in the Wooten’s Chapel Freewill Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Surviving: husband of 44 years, Jerry Nance; daughters, Carolyn Partin and husband, Joseph of Garner and Carmen Nance of Raleigh; sisters, Magdalene Young of Clinton, Dorothy Smith of Garner, Betty Rose-Sawyer of Oxford and Helen Barbour of Raleigh; brother, Rev. Larry Barbour and wife, Lottie of Wilson; grandchildren, Christopher and Johnathan. She was predeceased by her parents, Howard and Callie Holmes Barbour and a brother, Gene Barbour.
