Angier- Eva Belle Parrish, 94, passed away at Fuquay-Varina Health and Rehab. A native of Wake County, she was the daughter of the late James “Jim” Tutor and Mollie Partin Tutor.
She is survived by her granddaughter, Tabitha King and her husband, James; three great-grandchildren, Haydin, Hudson and Hadleigh King; brothers, Jimmy Tutor and wife, JoAnn, Emitte Tutor and wife, Shirley; her nieces, Julia Owen, Sherri Gunter, Peggy Whitehead, Gloria McLean, Dot Tingen, Terry Lynn Tutor and Shelia White; nephews, Wayne Tudor,
Shawn Tutor, Matthew Tutor, Anthony Tutor, Craig Tutor, and Derak Tutor; as well as many great nephews and nieces.
In addition to her parents, Eva was preceded in death by her husband, J. C. Parrish; son, Byron Parrish; brothers, Carvelle Tutor, Orelle Tutor, Dolphus Tudor, Elwood Tutor, and Linwood Tutor; sisters, Leamor Braswell, Annie Mae Vaughan, Ola Peed, and Carphene Peed; stepmother, Carrie Tutor; nephew, Wayne Lee Peed.
A funeral service will be held at 6:30 pm on Friday, May 9th at Kennebec Baptist Church, 9808 Kennebec Church Rd. Angier, NC 27501. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 6:15 pm prior to the service at the church. A private burial will take place later at Kennebec Baptist Church Cemetery, Angier.
