Ellen H. Grissom

Ellen H. Grissom, 86, died Sunday at Transitions Life Care in Raleigh.She was born in Germany and she was preceded in death by her husband: Douglas Lee Grissom and a son; Vernon H. Grissom and a sister-in-law; Louise B. Dean.A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, Aug. 29. 2014 at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery Hwy 50 North , Garner, NC. Family will receive friends after the service at the grave site.Survivors include her sons: Andrew P. Grissom and his wife Susan and Douglas Wayne Grissom; a grandson; Kristopher Grissom. Brother-in-Laws and Sister-in-Laws: Billy and Lorene Grissom, Marshall and Shirley Grissom and Rachel and Frank Tart, all of Garner; several nieces and nephews.
