Edward Carroll

Edward Junior Carroll, 88, of Raleigh, passed peacefully away on December 16th, 2025. Born in Angier on June 28, 1937 to the late James and Maude Carroll, he will be deeply missed.

In addition to his parents, Edward is preceded in death by his loving wife, Diane Marie Carroll; brothers, Louis, Donnie, and Bill; sisters, Agnes and Virginia; and one grandchild.

Edward is survived by his son, Scott Carroll; daughter, Cynthia Holbrook; sisters, Sophie and Maude; 4 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 5 cherished great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 PM on Monday, December 29, 2025 at Montlawn Memorial Park, 2911 S. Wilmington St., Raleigh, NC.
