Eduardo "Eddy" Crispin-Cruz

Fuquay-Varina– Eduardo “Eddy” Arcadio Crispin-Cruz, 16, passed away on Thursday at UNC Medical Center in Chapel Hill. Born in Harnett County, he was the son of Parlee Hernandez of Asheboro and Ernesto Crispin of Fuquay-Varina.

A funeral mass for Eddy will be performed at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 28th at Saint Bernadette Catholic Church, Fuquay-Varina. Burial will follow the service at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Fuquay-Varina. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, December 27th at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier.

In addition to his parents, Eddy is survived by his six sisters, Marlene Crispin (Mark Fuentes) of Angier, Maria Crispin of Fuquay-Varina, Paulina Crispin (Ignacio Rojas) of Raleigh, Sofia Crispin (Ja’Michael Cathcart) of Raleigh, Kandy Crispin of Fuquay-Varina, Karina Crispin of Fuquay-Varina; grandparents, Berta Martinez (John) of Garden City, KS, Arcadio and Maria Crispin-Cruz of Atapan, MX; one niece, Aileen Fuentes of Angier; two nephews, Kaiden Fuentes of Angier, Azael Fuentes of Angier; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Eddy was preceded in death by his grandfather, Eduardo “Eddy” Hernandez.
