Dot Williams Wood

ANGIER- Dot Williams Wood, 86, died Friday surrounded by her family. She was a native of Angier and daughter of the late Joseph and Maggie Carter Williams. Funeral Service will be held on Monday 11:00 am at Kennebec Baptist Church, Angier. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier. Surviving: daughters; Patricia Denton and Wanda Reynolds both of Angier and adopted daughter; Bettie Wilson of Angier; Gloria and Jimmy Johnson of Angier, sisters; Estelle Baker, Kramer Sullivan, Judy Wilkins, Janet Smith, Gloria McLamb, Becky Currin all of Angier and Brenda Stephenson of Four Oaks; brothers; J.M. Williams, Junior Williams, and Johnny Paul Fortin all of Angier, grandchildren; Wendy Brown, Gina Farmer, Anthony Avery, and Lee Thompson; 12 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Dot was predeceased by her husband, Paul J. Wood, daughter, Gale Campbell, and sister, Pearl Grady. Visitation will be held on Sunday 6:00- 8:00 pm at Bryan Lee Funeral Home, Angier.
