Dorothy Gay White Watkins

Dorothy Gay White Watkins, age 87, daughter of John Ezra White and Nell Gay White, died on February 9, 2015. A retired WakeMed dietitian, Dorothy was a lifelong Raleigh resident and member of Edenton Street United Methodist Church. She enjoyed years at her Long Beach cottage and was an avid shell collector, whose collection now resides in the NC Museum of Natural History. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 13 at 11:00 AM at Montlawn Memorial Park.
