Doris Adams McLamb, 89, of Garner, North Carolina passed away Monday, April 20, 2026, in her home. She was born December 4, 1936 in Benson, North Carolina to the late Chester and Ella Adams.

She is survived by her two sons, William Craig McLamb and his wife, Cathy, of Garner and Gary Earl McLamb of Garner; her brothers Leroy Adams of White Oak and Ravon Adams of Benson; her two sisters Rachel Hill of Raleigh and Judy Gealy of Salisbury; and her two loving grandchildren Chase McLamb and his wife, Katherine, and Logan McLamb and his wife, Michaela Wycoff, and one great granddaughter, James.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, William Earl McLamb, and her brother J.C. Adams.

Doris was a loving wife, mother, friend, and Nana who will be greatly missed. She was a beautician for many years and loved her ladies who were not only customers but good friends who enjoyed lots of good times together. Her strongest life loves were God, family, friends, music and singing with a group. Doris attended church at Garner Church of Christ.
