Dewayne Gandy

ANGIER– Milton DeWayne Gandy, 74, passed away on Thursday at his home. A native of Louisiana, DeWayne was preceded in death by his father, Milton Gandy; step-mother, Doris Gandy and mother, Jennie Ruth Brumley Brazzel. A funeral service will be held on Monday, July 20 at 2:00pm at Angier Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Lakeside Memorial Gardens. DeWayne is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years, Suvon G. Gandy; daughter, Elisa Gandy of Raleigh; son, Brian Gandy of Angier; sister, Glenda G. Steadman (Gene) of Shreveport, LA, Wanda Gandy of Shreveport, LA, Doris Ann Gray (Bill) of Dauphin Island, AL; grandchildren, Kristen E. Currin (Luke) of Fuquay-Varina, Remington Chase Mangum of Lillington; great-grandchild, Kingston Luke Currin of Fuquay-Varina; and numerous nieces and nephews.
