David E. Stuart, 76, of Raleigh died Dec. 29, 2011 of Parkinsons Disease. Graveside Rites 10AM Thursday at Oakwood Cemetery with a Memorial Service to follow at the Bahai Center. Please no flowers but donations to the Parkinsons Disease Fund. Arrangements by Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Road, Raleigh
