Clarence Monroe Stanley, 80, of Garner, passed away on November 4, 2023. He is predeceased by his parents, Elmon and Callie Stanley. Clarence is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Phyllis Stanley; son, Eddie Stanley; daughter, Sheila Stanley; and grandchildren, Colin and Mitchell Stanley.
