Cheryl Ramsey

Cheryl Jeanne (Billquist), 70, of Angier, North Carolina, passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025 at WakeMed-Raleigh Hospital with the love and support of her family.

Cheryl (Cher) was born in California to the late Clarence and Marilyn (Dahl) Billquist.

In addition to Cher's parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Dana Ramsey, her brother Loren, her brother Gary's wife, Kim and great-grandchild.

Cher is survived by her daughter Shannon Pacitti, her husband Sam, grandchildren Aaron Pacitti and Hannah Pacitti, (all of Angier, NC), her siblings Teressa Brusie and husband Phil Wormuth (Ellsworth, ME), Gary Billquist, Terry and wife Cheryl Billquist (all of Jamestown, NY), great-grand child, nieces and nephews, greatnieces and nephews and canine companion, Sabrina.

Cher had an extended family that she cared for dearly, including her stepdaughters, Kiamesha Ramsey and Jessica Ramsey, and her step-grandchildren, Marcel Jackson and Cameron Degnan and two step-great grandchildren.

Cher was a free spirit-a caring, forgiving, and humble friend to all. She will be truly missed.

Cher loved animals. Donations to the ASPCA or a local animal shelter in her memory would be appreciated.

A date for a celebration of life has not yet been determined.
