Carolyn S. Broome

Fuquay-Varina – Carolyn May Stine Broome, 85, passed away on Sunday at Central Harnett Hospital in Lillington. A native of Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Theodore and Margaret Reed Stine. Carolyn’s family will have a service honoring her life at a later date. Carolyn is survived by her sons, Jonathan Broome and wife, Christine of Fuquay-Varina, Steven Broome and wife, Pamela of New Bern, North Carolina, and Jeffrey Broome of Plano, Texas along with 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Carolyn is preceded in death by her sister June Stine of Indianapolis, Indiana.
