Billy Ray Smith

SMITHFIELD – Billy Ray Smith, 83, passed away on Monday, December 27, 2021. He was born in Wake County to the late Royal and Sally Smith. A visitation will be held at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home at 1200 Benson Road, Garner on Thursday, December 30 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will take place on Friday, December 31, 2021, at 1PM, in the Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel. Billy is survived by his daughters, Danelle Smith and Angelia Holland (Danny); sons, Greg Smith (Pam) and Phillip Smith (Shelley); brother, Rex Smith; numerous grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and his dog/best friend, Jax. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his son, Billy Smith.
