Billy Powell

Billy Powell 55, died suddenly at home June 5, 2014. Billy worked as a transportation specialist for P and J Foods in Garner for over 20 years. Memorial service will be 4:00 PM Monday June 9, 2014 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Billy is survived by his wife of 24 years Marsha Eckert Powell; parents, Bill and LaVerne Powell; son, Chris Powell; sisters, Tina Green and husband Cary, Terrie Bartz and Tammy Powell-Kuehl and husband Jim; granddaughter Blaire Lassiter; and eight nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 - 5 PM at the funeral home. In Lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the American Heart Association 3131 RDU Center Dr. Morrisville, NC 27560.
