Barry Lynn Blalock

Barry Lynn Blalock, 61, of Mary Lou Lane, Raleigh, passed away on July 14. He was formerly employed by TT and E Scrapyard in Garner and J. Watson Jones and Sons in Willow Spring. He has attended Temple of Pentecost and Midway Baptist Church in his lifetime. Barry loved hunting and fishing throughout the years. He was a 1979 graduate of Garner Senior High. Barry is survived by his wife, Karen; sons, Elijah, Noah, and Leslie (Sara) Blalock; daughter, Amanda Blalock; his parents, Marvin and Mandy Blalock of Raleigh; sister, Sherry (Bob) Donaldson of Raleigh; brothers, Lindy (Shelly) Blalock of Apex and Steve (Laura) Blalock of Four Oaks; grandsons, Aiden Blalock, Bryson Hawkins; step-daughters, Jennifer Barefield, Kimberly (Jensen) Tu; and step-grandson, Tiger Tu; plus numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Baptist Children’s Home of North Carolina, Attn: Michael C Blackwell, PO Box 338, Thomasville, NC 27361.
