Barbara Adams Butts

Angier - Barbara Adams Butts, 83, of 7824 St. Anne’s Way, died Friday at Rex Hospital. A native of Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Blanche Adams. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday at Midway Baptist Church in Raleigh. The family will receive family and friends 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Angier. Surviving are her son, Christopher Butts of Fuquay-Varina; daughter, Sheri B. Snyder and husband, Jimmy of Wilmington; grandchildren, Jay Dudley of Angier, Nick Dudley and wife, Brittney of Erwin; great-grandchild, Elaina Dudley of Erwin; sisters, Doris McLeod of Angier, Ann Walker of Angier, Patsy Matthews of Angier; brother, Roy Lee Adams and wife Maurine of Angier; sister, Glenda Zimmerman of King; and many more loving family and friends. Barbara was predeceased by her husband, Donald Lee Butts; her sister, Lulie Gray Adams, and her brother, Lloyd Adams.
