William C. Harper

William C. Harper passed on Sept. 23 after a long illness. He was preceded in death by his mother, Beulah Harper, and daughter, Leanne Stanley. He is survived by his sister, Patricia Tucker, and her sons Chad and Matthew Tucker, his grandchildren and great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, 831 Wake Forest Rd, Raleigh, on Saturday, Sept. 30 at 11:00 AM.
