Vernell Jack Graham, Jr.

GARNER–Vernell Jack Graham, Jr., 65, passed away Friday at Transitions LifeCare. Born in Tampa, Fl., he was the son of the late Vernell Graham, Sr. and Rosalee Johnson Grant. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. A memorial service with military honors will be held 2:00 pm Saturday at First Baptist Church of Garner. Mr. Graham is survived by his wife, Marcia Smith Graham; daughter, Kobie Graham Waid and husband, Thomas; sons, Winston Lewis Graham, Jamal Neville Graham and Tyrell Gavin Graham; grandchildren, Kobie Chanel Graham, Jackson Graham Waid , Kennedy McCaine Waid and Elise Noelle Blue. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, James Jackson.
