Thomas “Tc” Lindsay, Jr.

Raleigh - Thomas “Papa T” C. Lindsay Jr., 88, passed away on Sunday February 15, 2015 at Rex Hospital. He was born and raised in Carrboro, NC and served in the Navy during World War II in both the Pacific and Atlantic. He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, and two sisters. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Sarah, daughter Sharon Reynolds (Dennis) of Raleigh, son David Lindsay (Kay) of Garner, five grandchildren, Jonathan McGhee, Braxton Lindsay, Meredith Lindsay, Josh Scholl (Amanda), Aaron Scholl (Nicole), one great grandchild Ava Scholl, and a sister Bess Lamson of Greensboro, NC. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday February 21, 2015 at Western Boulevard Presbyterian Church, Raleigh, NC. Visitation will be held at 10:00 AM prior to the service. Burial will be at 2:30 PM at Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church Cemetery, 269 Manns Chapel Rd, Pittsboro, NC 27312.
