Sybil Thompson Woodall

RALEIGH- Sybil Thompson Woodall, 78, passed away Thursday at Rex Healthcare. A native of Wake County, she was the daughter of the late John Henry Thompson and Ila Mae Pollard Thompson.Funeral service will be Sunday, 2:00 PM at Believers Baptist Church, 100 Southerland Road, Clayton, NC 27520. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park.She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Emerson Woodall; children, Gene Woodall and wife, Daphne of Wake Forest, Andy Woodall of Fuquay-Varina, Lisa W. Blell and husband, Patrick of Sanford, adopted daughter, Clarissa Cissy Woodall, Craig Woodall and wife, Melody of Garner; sisters, Kay Thompson Menzmer and husband, Don of Folsom, CA, Kathy Thompson Lee and husband, Larry of Clayton; brothers, Alfred Thompson and wife, Lois and Wallace Thompson and wife, Louise, all of Garner. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends Saturday from 6:00 - 8:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.Memorial contributions may be made to Believers Baptist Church Building Fund, P.
