Bailey – Suzanne Smith Hartley, 77, passed away, March 15, 2022. A native of Atlantic County, NJ, Suzanne was born June 17, 1944, to Norman and Mary Smith. Suzanne is survived by her loving husband, Melvin G. Hartley; daughters, Beverly Yoakum (Del), Lynn Atkinson (Ray), Janine Dodds, and Jennifer Ward (Shane); sons, Melvin Hartley, Jr., and Scott Dodds (Tina); sister, Patty Knott (John); and brother, Spike Smith (Debbie); as well as 16 grandchildren and many more great-grandchildren.
