Shirley Ann Poole

Shirley T. Poole, 92, passed away on July 22, 2022. A native of Eau Claire, WI, Shirley was born April 24, 1930, to the late Herman Henry and Frances Amelia Keiser Tietz. Shirley worked for many years with Nationwide Insurance. She loved her family more than anything, and had great love for her friends and her church. She also enjoyed playing bridge. A Celebration of her life will be held Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at 2 PM, at Lord of Life Lutheran Church in Garner. Burial will be in the Love Garden at Lord of Life Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends following the burial, at the church. Shirley is survived by her 4 children, Son, Harold “Butch” E. Poole and wife, Patt, Daughters, Barbara Yde and husband, Bob, Terri Sullivan and husband, Melvin, and Lori Prince and husband, Rob; 9 grandchildren, Ted Poole, Kevin Poole, Robbie Yde, Lisa P. Alcantar, Chris Yde, Brian Poole, Cameron Sullivan, Josh Sullivan, and Anna Prince; and 13 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Otto Poole and sisters, Geraldine Munson and Beverly Chrissinger.
