Ruth Davis Napier

Ruth Mae Davis Napier, 74, passed away Thursday at her home. A native of Wake County, she was the daughter of the late John Davis and Mary Rittenhouse Davis. Funeral services will be1:00 pm Saturday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 7-8:30 pm Friday at the funeral home and at other times at the home. Survivors include her husband, Charles David Napier; daughters, Mary Suzanne Napier and Denise Lynn Napier-Pearce and boyfriend, Gary Post, Jr., all of Garner; sons, Charles David Napier, Jr. and girlfriend, Joel Anne Bagwell and Andrew Leonard Napier and wife, Lisa, all of Garner; sisters, Lola Elizabeth Boatwright of Garner, Mary Ann Gokee of FL and Jean Tittle of TX; brother, Samuel Davis, Jr. of TN; She is also survived by 12 grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John Henry Davis.
