Ruby Johnson Adams

COATS – Ruby Johnson Adams, 74, passed away Friday. A native of Soperton County GA, she was the daughter of the late George and Nettie Stewart Johnson. Funeral Services will be held Monday 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Entombment will follow at Devotional Gardens in Dunn. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00-6:00 PM at the funeral home. Surviving are her husband Leslie Adams, Jr.; daughter, Wendy Walden of Asheboro, Edna Zeigler of Waynesboro PA; son Wallace Walden and wife, Mary Lynn of Angier; sisters, Johnnie Mae Cox, Louise Cauley, Gladys Cauley, Grace Thomas; brother, Millard Johnson; 7 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her sister Mallie Ricks.
