Retired Army Cwo Robert Sherwood Beamon

Ret. Army CWO Robert S. Beamon, 71, passed away at home after a brief illness. Robert was a native of Wayne Co. the son of the late, Leland and Hazel Gardner Beamon. Robert proudly served in the U. S. Army, where he retired after more than 20-years as a Chief Warrant Officer. He is survived by his wife of 42 years; Mary Ann Davis Beamon; sons, Rufus Jason Beamon and wife Daniella, Stacy Leland Beamon and wife Sandra and Timothy Shawn Beamon and wife Alyssa; brother, Lynn Beamon and one granddaughter, Nola Beamon. The family requests  if anyone wishes to send flowers, they send a potted plant or cut flowers in a vase. Flowers that can be sent or taken to the home.
