Phyllis Rose Ramsey

Phyllis Rose Ramsey, 93, passed away Dec. 16, 2020. Phyllis was the daughter of the late Jacob and Winnie Moore. There will be a Graveside service at 11:00 AM Monday Jan. 4, 2021 at Brier Creek Memorial Gardens. Along with her parents Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband Hank Ramsey; daughter Paulette Czapranski who passed away Dec. 22, 2020 in N.Y., four sisters and one brother. She is survived by daughter, Rita Giambra and husband Sandy; sons, Randy Ramsey and wife Sheila and Kevin DeGarmo and wife Laura; ten grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren, son-in-law, James Czapranski and extended family.
