Nancy Jeanette Sauls Walton

Raleigh - Nancy Jeanette Sauls Walton, 77, died Sunday at Rex Hospital. A native of Wake County, she was the daughter of the late Simon Peter and Bernice Stephenson Sauls. Jeanette was a loving Christian wife, mother, and Mema who loved gardening and quilting. Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday at Plymouth Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Surviving are her daughters, Cindy Ingle and husband, David, Jill Norris and husband, Scott, all of Raleigh; sons, Lynn Walton and wife, Jackie of Wilmington, Kevin Walton and wife, Kathy of Garner; sisters, Mary Frances West and Gloria Baker of Raleigh; 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, of 51 years, Charles Linley Walton, Sr.; sisters, Josephine Cox and Edna Murray and brothers, Creighton, Curtis, Wilbur and Gordon Sauls. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Tuesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
