Michael Rowland Core

Raleigh - Michael Rowland Core, 50, died Sunday. He was born in Wake County to the late Harold L. Core and he is survived by his mother Ellen Short Core. Michael was a logistics material handler. A Memorial Service will be held 4:00 PM Wednesday October 10, 2012, at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel in Garner, NC. Family will receive relatives and friends immediately following the service. Survivors include his daughter, Brittany Jenel Hair and husband Patrick of Raleigh; son, Charles Nicholas Core and his wife Amanda of Garner; a granddaughter, Madilynn Jean Core; Step-daughter, Moriah Christine Walker, Raleigh; fianc, Michelle Jernigan of Raleigh; brothers, Tony Core of Vero Beach, Fl. and Wesley Morris Core of Garner; and nephew, Christopher Core of Garner.
