Mary Elizabeth Beaton, 79, died Friday. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday at Midway Baptist Church, 6910 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM Wednesday at Midway Baptist Church, Burial to follow at Montlawn Memorial Park. Surviving husband of 59 years, Brian Beaton; daughter, Sandie Harshfield (Bryan); sons, David Beaton (Nancy), Glenn Beaton (Judi) and Larry Beaton (Renna); sister, Helena Wilkinson (Doug); sister in law, Florence Dodson. six grandchildren and one great- grandchild. She was predeceased by her brother, Raymond Dodson.
