Louis John Pope

Louis John Pope, 63, died Saturday at Wake Medical Center. Born in Wayne County, NC, he was the son of the late Linwood Perry Pope and Smithy Jane Tilton Pope. A memorial service will be held 4:00 pm Saturday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Survivors include his half-brother, John T. Tilton and wife, Brenda; niece, Tonya Tilton Evans and great nephew, Thomas Tilton Evans, all of Wilson; special friends, Brad and Emily Paradise of Raleigh and their children, Lilliana and Chase Paradise; friend, J.C. Davis, as well as many special friends in the neighborhood. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Fisher Pope.
