Linwood Earl Massey

GARNER:  Linwood Earl Massey, 74, died Tuesday. A native of Lenoir Co., he was the son of the late Roland and Josephine Thigpen Massey.  He was also predeceased by a son, Leonard Ray Massey.  Owner of L.E. Massey Roofing, Mr. Massey was strong in his Christian faith. Memorial Services will be 10:00 am Friday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel. A devoted, loving husband to his wife of 56 years, Jo Ann Williams Massey, also surviving are his loving sons and daughter in-law, Eddie  Massey and his wife, Kathryn of Willow Spring and Kenneth  of Garner; sister, Ethel Jones; brother, Willard  Massey both of Garner; grandchildren, Alexander Massey and Zachary Massey; daughter in-law, Americana.
