Laura Campbell Dickens

ANGIER - Laura Campbell Dickens, 81, of 887 Chalybeate Springs Rd. passed away Wednesday after a short battle with cancer. A native of Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Jim Archie and Dorothy Smith Campbell. A graveside services will be held on Monday at 2:00 PM at Lakeside Memorial Gardens, Angier. The family will receive friends from 12:30 to 1:30 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier. Surviving are her daughter, Charlene Dickens and husband, Otis Lanier; sister, Recie Farmer, special niece, Betty Brown and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by ten brothers and sisters.
