Kathy Ann Paschal

Kathy Ann Tolley Paschal, 53, passed away on Sunday, January 16, 2022. A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, Kathy was born on February 17, 1968, to the late Eva Katherine Tolley. She was a very giving person and would often greet everyone with a hug. She never met a stranger, always reaching out to those she met with open arms. Kathy loved her family, friends, fur kids, and sea turtles. Kathy was a huge proponent of the LGBTQ+ community, and a champion for social justice in general. A Celebration of Life service will be held in the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel, at 1200 Benson Road, Garner on Sunday, January 30th at 3:30PM. The family will receive friends following the service. They respectfully ask that visitors wear masks. Kathy is survived by her husband, Keith Paschal; daughter, Jessica Garcia and her partner, Danny Rodriguez; son, Alexander “Zan” Paschal and his partner, Alicia Garcia; grandson, Isaac Garcia; sisters, Donna Corriher and Sandy Verley; stepmother, Joann Tolley; her fur kids, Max & Mae; niece and nephews, Mary Katherine Paschal, Travis Corriher, Daniel Verley, Avery Paschal, and Riley Paschal; as well as her extended family and very close friends.
