Justin Steele Fulmer

Smithfield- Justin Steele Fulmer, 30, passed away on Saturday. Justin was born in Wake County but was raised and lived in Harnett County for the most of his life. A memorial service celebrating Justin’s life will be held on Thursday, March 28th at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Bryan-Lee Funeral Home in Angier. Justin is survived by his mother, Rita Fulmer and his sister, Traci Musgrave, both of Smithfield; father, Kenneth Fulmer; uncle, Robbie Fulmer and wife, Myra of Angier as well as many other aunts and cousins in Dudley. Justin is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bob and June Fulmer; maternal grandparents, Marguerite Basden and Joe Steele Basden.
