Joann Perniciaro

ANGIER- Joann Perniciaro, 63, passed away Monday at her home in Angier. A native of Long Island, NY, she was the daughter of the late Robert Russell Groh and Mary Agnes Murphy. Services will be held Saturday at 4:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel, Angier. She is survived by her husband, Vinny Perniciaro, Sr.; daughter, Marcie Perniciaro; sisters, Linda Sims, Teresa Wagner, Diann Leich, Patty Groh, Barbara Mangini, and Elizabeth Stratton; brothers, Bobby Groh and Danny Groh; grandchildren, Ava and Ella Perniciaro; and numerous loving nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Vinny Perniciaro, Jr.
