Jane Starnes Nowell

Raleigh – Jane Starnes Nowell, 72, passed away on Tuesday, March 17.  She was a retired employee of the Wake County Public Schools system. A graveside funeral will be held on Friday, March 20, at Noon at Historic Oakwood Cemetery. Surviving:  husband, George H. Nowell; daughter, Shelley Hope Burns; granddaughters, Victoria Hope Fisher and Misty Mulcahy; great-grandchildren, Ryea Fisher and John Mulcahy; and brothers, Jerry W.
