James L. Glover

RALEIGH – James Lloyd Glover, 74, passed away Tuesday. Born in Robeson County, he was the son of the late George Allen Glover and Ruby Lee Seagroves Glover. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial will follow at Montlawn Memorial Park, Raleigh. The family will receive friends from 1-2:00 pm Saturday prior to the service. Survivors include wife, Emma Christine Glover; daughters, Leslie Glover Reynolds (Pete) and Hilda Lyman (Mike) all of Raleigh; sisters, Brenda Howell of Raleigh and Ronell Denton of Clayton; brother, Allen Glover (Joyce) of Willow Spring; grandchildren, Holly Young Guess (Jacob), Ronald Lee Young (Ciara), Britney Lane, Michael and Priscilla Lyman, as well as five great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Glover Young and siblings, Joyce Higgins and Christine Bragger.
