Hazel Ruth Ellis
Hazel Ruth Burgess Ellis, 92, of Garner passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021. She was born in Gaston County to Wesley Burgess and Myrtle Ware on July 21, 1929. Hazel leaves behind her sons, John Eric Ellis and Joel Tatham Ellis; daughter, Jo-Elaine Coker; grandchildren, Craig Coker and Rebecca Coker; and great-grandchild, Peyton Williams. In addition to her parents, Hazel is preceded in death by her husband, John L. Ellis. Arrangements by Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
