Franklin Eugene Talbott, Sr, 71, died Jan. 9, 2014. Memorial services will be 11:00 am Saturday, January 25th at Highland Baptist Church, 8524 Crowder Road, Raleigh, NC 27603. Surviving wife, Silvia Talbott; daughters, Vicky L. Talbott and Silvina Urquiola; sons, Frank Talbott, Jr., Juan Manuel Urquiola and Nicholas Urquiola; sister, Barbara Taylor (Roger) of Garner and 1 grandchild.
