Frank Lester Russell

Garner- Frank Lester Russell, 64, passed away at home on Wednesday surrounded by his loving family. Born in Iowa City, Iowa, he was the son of the late Burton Lester Russell and Janice Brownell Russell.

A service celebrating Frank’s life will be held at 4:00 pm on Wednesday, July 17th at LifePoint Community Church, 3390 John Adams Rd. Willow Spring, NC 27592. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 2:00-3:45 pm at the church.

Frank is survived by his sister, Laurinda “Laurie” Kemper and husband, Paul of Raleigh; niece, Jennifer Nicol and husband, Bryan of Smyrna, TN; nephews, Josh Evans and wife, Kellie of Fuquay-Varina, Elijah Evans and wife, Amber of Garner; great nieces and nephews, Oscar Allen, Ivy Allen, Liam Evans, Rowan Evans, Cedar Evans, Ruby Evans, and Adeline Evans.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Jeff Evans and his nephew-in-law, Kevin Allen.
