Elbert B. Bullard, Jr.

Raleigh - Elbert Braswall Bullard, Jr, 81, passed away on Wednesday. He was the son of the late Elbert and Lillian Sellers Bullard and a veteran of the US Air Force and the owner and operator of Jacks Seafood Market. He is survived by his wife: Lucille Graves Bullard, Sons: William Ray (Joyce) Bullard of Four Oaks and Randall Graves Bullard of Raleigh. Grandchildren: David Bullard and Earl Bullard and 3 great-grandchildren: Annabelle, Keira and Kyle Bullard. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, May 2, 2014 at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home Chapel 831 Wake Forest Rd. Raleigh NC and burial to follow at Montlawn Memorial Park with Military Honors. Family will receive family and friends on Thursday from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.
