Diane Hilliard Murphy

GARNER –Diane Hilliard Murphy, 65, passed away on Monday. A life time resident of Wake Co., she was the daughter of the late Marshall and Janet Williams Hilliard Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday at Ebenezer United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. A loving wife of 44 years, she is survived by her husband Bobby R. Murphy, daughter; Anita M. Williams and husband, Don of Garner, son; Jason Murphy and wife, Courtney of Clayton, grandchildren; Lily and Edie Williams, Madeline and Clara Murphy, sisters; Sue Freeman of Raleigh, Margaret Lusk of Garner, and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Clara Jo Branch. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 – 8 pm at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner.
