Diana Silvia

Diana Silvia, 80, went to be with her Lord July 9, 2018. A native of Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Ruby Mathews. Diana was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. There will be a Graveside service at 11:00 AM Thursday at Oakwood Cemetery in Raleigh. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Wednesday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Garner. Along with her parents Diana was preceded in death by her husband John Silvia, ten- brothers and sisters; a daughter; Willa Pasquali and a grandson, Anthony P. Mascia. Survivors include daughters; Mary Petersen, Karen Morrison, Ella McLaughlin and Laura Mascia and husband Paul; sisters, Lillian Lyons and Lillie Evans and brother Paul Mathews. Also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
