Bryant Lee Clark, Sr.

FUQUAY-VARINA – Bryant Lee Clark, Sr. 80, passed away on Monday. A native of Lee County, he was the son of the late Robert Lee and Cavie Arnold Clark. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Fuquay–Varina. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Surviving are his daughters, Sylvia Matthews and husband, Rick of Fuquay-Varina, Amy Hinnant and husband, Chris of Holly Springs; son, Bryant Lee Clark, Jr. of Fuquay-Varina; sister, Peggy Thompson and husband, James of Holly Springs; brother, Paul Clark and wife, Wanda of Garner; grandchildren, Brett Matthews and wife, Amanda of Angier, Hannah Shaw and husband, Chris of Lillington, Bryant Clark III of Fuquay-Varina, Katie Ann Lutz and husband, Cameron of Lincolnton, Clark Hinnant of Holly Springs; great-grandchildren, Layla Ridgely, Blakely Matthews. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by the one and only love of his life of 49 years, Lois Harper Clark; five brothers and one sister. The family will receive friends on Wednesday night from 7:00 - 9:00 PM at Bryan-Lee Funeral Home, Angier and at other times at the home.
