Billy Ray Miller

GARNER Billy Ray Miller, 76, a retired employee of Wake Co. Schools, died Tuesday. A native of Wayne Co., he was the son of the late Ray and Lillian Johnson Miller. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Haswell Miller. Graveside services will be Friday at 3:00 PM at Greenmount Cemetery, Wendell. Surviving: a son, Randy Dale Miller (Shelia) and a daughter, Phyllis Miller Tilley (Joseph); grandsons, David Smith-Tilley (Megan); Ryan Shotgun Miller (fiancé, Grayson Toler); granddaughter, August Tilley Dinkins (Josh), 3 great-grandsons, Southern, Chace and Rivers Smith-Tilley.
